  1. Fill out the form on this page or email info@sunshinerecreation.org to get started.

  2. Our Founder, Savannah Seiple, will contact you within 3 business days to discuss your application and specific needs.

  3. Fill out our Medical Release Forms.

  4. Submit payment.

  5. Join your first program!
